Returns Eligibility
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Products showing signs of use, damage caused by customers, or missing original packaging are not eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos as proof.
Refund Process

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placement. Once processing or shipping begins, cancellation may not be possible.
